📋 Description

• Lead and develop a project accounting team.
• Oversee project accounting across varying project complexities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Partner with project managers, IT, and finance to improve reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial operations, or project accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading and developing accounting/finance teams.
• Experience managing workloads, resources, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle and Excel.
