Manager, Project Management

📋 Description

• Act as internal advocate; ensure cross-site updates for transparency.
• Lead high-complexity projects across multiple workstreams from start to finish within budget.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and monitor timelines.
• Communicate with leadership, commercial teams, and customers; report milestones and risks.
• Maintain relationships with Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Sample Management.
• Track financials: revenue forecasting, milestone payments, pass-through costs, FTE.
• Work with PMO to develop dashboards and KPIs for risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life sciences + 8+ years biotech PM, or Master's + 6+ yrs.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing employees with feedback.
• Knowledge of CRO regulations; biotech/pharma/CRO/CMO exp preferred.
• Highly proficient in project management software; Smartsheet preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
