📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of PMs; set expectations and coach.
• Own project portfolio from concept to launch; surface risks early.
• Connect across departments; align stakeholders and clear bottlenecks.
• Report to RD&D leadership on project status, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate team discussions and decision-making; keep work moving.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM practices; analyze performance data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience in product development; deliver complex multi-phase projects on time.
• 2+ years direct people management; hiring, coaching, developing salaried staff.
• Proactive risk management; identify issues early and guide through ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional influencing; align stakeholders across departments without formal authority.
• Proficiency with PM tools and Microsoft Office; track progress and report to leadership.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
