Manager, Public Sector Advisory

📋 Description

• Directly manage and mentor consultants; drive accountability and collaboration.
• Lead day-to-day coaching, onboarding, and skills development.
• Support advisory engagements across the full project lifecycle; communicate with client stakeholders.
• Escalate project risks or resourcing concerns promptly.
• Oversee compliance assessments against FedRAMP, CMMC, DISA Cloud SRG, FISMA, and related frameworks.
• Advise clients on improving security programs and risk management; cloud/on-premise support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT security, information security, or audits.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC, and DoD.
• Experience applying these frameworks in large CSP environments.
• Ability to lead multi-framework assessments and artifact collection.
• Deep IT security tech knowledge: networks, apps, firewalls, access control, data protection; virtualization and cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
