📋 Description

• Lead and manage QA and compliance initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits, assessments, and certification processes for compliance.
• Monitor changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product development.
• Drive continuous improvement to quality and compliance across the organization.
• Identify and assess quality and compliance risks; develop mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Technology field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience developing and maintaining test suites for hardware and software products.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience leading small QA teams.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tool suite.
