Manager, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a QA team, promoting quality and improvement
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Eng, Product, Release for quality
• Define and track QA KPIs; provide updates to leadership
• Define QA strategy: test planning, automation, release cert
• Own and evolve Legion's Playwright-based automation (Java/TypeScript)
• Oversee end-to-end automation pipelines with Argo and Jenkins

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years QA/Developer experience; 3+ years in people management
• Proven ability to inspire action, motivate teams, and drive OKRs
• Experience defining QA KPIs and presenting metrics to senior leadership
• Hands-on with Selenium Grid, TestNG, JUnit; Playwright in Java/TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins and Argo
• Proficient with GitHub, Datadog, and API testing (Postman)
