Lead and coach a team of SQEs.
Own end-to-end Supplier Quality program and partner onboarding.
Govern the QMS to meet customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and run a comprehensive Safety Management Program across MISUMI Americas.
Drive integration of Misumi and Fictiv quality systems and documentation.
Track and report supplier quality KPIs and trends to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Engineering (ideally Mechanical).
At least 5 years in quality management.
Data-driven, results-oriented with risk-based thinking.
Strong verbal/written communication with teams, suppliers, customers.
Experience scaling a fast-growing org with agility for changes.
Familiar with ISO 9001 audits and AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949.
