📋 Description

• Deploy to RAD high-priority initiatives; build sprint structure
• Build operating systems for self-sustaining work
• Forge trusted relationships with engineering and product leads
• Identify process friction; own playbooks to fix
• Run org-wide rhythms: planning, execution, comms, reporting
• Escalate to the S&O lead with context and a plan

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in strategy & operations, chief of staff, or similar
• Proven track record deploying across multi-team orgs; build operating systems
• Ability to move between AI research and consumer marketplace
• High judgment under ambiguity; problem-first mindset
• Executive presence to work with senior leaders and push back when needed
• AI-fluent operator using the latest tools; excited about agentification
• Relationship-builder across engineering, product, and design stakeholders
