Manager, Reactor Services

📋 Description

• Lead reactor service projects: outages, vessel inspections, diagnostics.
• Provide technical leadership per plant procedures, NRC regs, and QA standards.
• Develop scopes, schedules, staffing, budgets, and execution plans.
• Monitor performance, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Support proposals, estimating, bids, and business development.
• Maintain project docs, maintenance records, and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nuclear/Mechanical Eng or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in reactor services, outages, or nuclear maintenance.
• 3+ years of leadership or project management overseeing teams.
• Strong knowledge of reactor systems, vessel, internals, and maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of NRC regs, 10 CFR, ASME Codes, QA, and radiological controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, OEM specs, and procedures.
• Experience managing outage projects: estimating, budgeting, scheduling.
• MS Office and project management software; valid driver's license; travel up to 50%.
