📋 Description

• Direct a $100M+ annual lease spend with TCO ROI analysis
• Build an AI-led real estate strategy leveraging Snowflake Cortex
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Workplace Ops and brokers
• Serve as liaison between Snowflake and landlords, brokers, legal, and technical advisors
• Oversee disbursement processing and data hygiene for leases
• Monitor payment discrepancies and clean up historical invoices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial real estate with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive financial modeling expertise
• Innovative use of AI tools to drive efficiency
• Familiarity with lease administration, payment oversight, auditing, and financial reconciliation
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytics
• Working understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting
