📋 Description

• Maintain and support the strategic view of the global real estate portfolio, including
• Support portfolio strategies that align real estate decisions with enterprise growth, operational
• Identify and evaluate strategic options for expansions, consolidations, relocations, renewals, and
• Coordinate real estate strategy development activities with execution teams and help ensure
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing practices that strengthen REWS planning
• Support LRM3 and other facilities planning activities in partnership with business and functional

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, real estate strategy, portfolio
• Demonstrated experience developing long-range plans, portfolio strategies, space scenarios, or
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate alternatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating or improving repeatable planning
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to improve analytical productivity, automate
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to convert ambiguous business
