Manager Real World Evidence and Health Economics and Outcomes Research, 18-Month Contract

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Real World Evidence (RWE) and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
• Develop submissions dossiers for CDA, INESSS and private payers, including the development of
• Lead the planning and implementation of RWE and HEOR projects, including study design, data
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access
• Ensure effective communication of RWE and HEOR studies progress and results to relevant audiences
• Prepare abstracts/manuscripts of study results for publication / presentation, as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in biostatistics/epidemiology, health economics, outcomes research
• 5+ years’ experience in RWE, HEOR, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry or
• Strong knowledge of Canadian healthcare system, HTA processes (CDA, INESSS), and data sources
• Strong clinical acumen or ability to acquire it quickly, across different therapeutic areas.
• Effective communication, medical writing, technical, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical and data interpretation skills.
