📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources
• Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that continues to bring in
• Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
• Champion, partner, and execute on various initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
• Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment, including 2+ years of
• Proven experience partnering with stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to develop and drive
• Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance, identify opportunities for greater
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions, processes, and programs to support sustained
