📋 Description

• 70% Hands-On Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for niche mid-to-senior roles across the Tech
• 30% Team Mentoring & Stakeholder Management: Guide a team of 2–3 recruiters and partner with
• Direct sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, and talent mapping to reduce
• Ashby ATS hygiene, workflows, and compliance to ensure data integrity.
• Track key TA metrics: time-to-offer, source mix, offer acceptance rates, and team SLAs.
• Share regular hiring updates and practical insights with business leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA in HR, Business Management, or related master’s degree.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience in Indian tech market across ERP (NetSuite/Salesforce), Data
• 2–3 years managing/mentoring a small team of 2–3 recruiters in tech consulting, IT services, or
• Proven 70% hands-on hiring delivery with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and salary
• Prior experience with Ashby ATS strongly preferred.
• Strong focus on hiring metrics, team SLAs, and direct sourcing numbers.
