• 6+ years of recruiting experience in a global org
• 2+ years of recruiting leadership experience
• Experience managing a distributed team across time zones
• Ability to partner with executives and cross-functional leaders
• Interest in AI to make recruiting smarter and faster
• Proven track record building scalable recruitment strategies
