Manager, Retail Inventory Operations

📋 Description

• Design, document, manage, and continuously improve in-store logistics processes, including
• Develop and implement strategies that improve on-floor inventory availability and accuracy
• Establish inventory training, compliance, and operating standards across sales floors
• Partner with Transportation and Supply Chain teams to align delivery schedules, receiving windows
• Lead omni-channel inventory and fulfillment capabilities, including Buy Online, Pick Up In Store
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce operational and administrative inventory shrink, working

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations, service models, inventory processes, and opportunities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capabilities in data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights
• Experience leading direct reports or project teams, including coaching, prioritization, performance
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results against competing
