Manager, Retail Sales - Licensing

📋 Description

• Discover and advance opportunities for Hasbro brands across product categories.
• Act as Hasbro brand ambassador to retailers and collaborate with teams.
• Develop, pitch, award, and launch licensing programs to boost placement.
• Lead licensee partner relationships to drive sell-in at accounts.
• Manage buyer meetings with agendas, recaps, and next steps.
• Travel as needed to accounts, meetings, and trade shows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years National Account CPG sales experience (fashion/home/toy).
• Deep knowledge of retail business including promotional partnerships and consumer products.
• Licensing experience a plus.
• Strong collaboration with supervisors, Hasbro teams, and cross-divisions.
• Background in fashion items, accessories, footwear, and home; toy experience preferred.
