Manager, Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Manage the monthly revenue close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in
• Manage the accounting for all revenue transactions under ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with
• Lead and mentor direct reports, supporting their professional growth and establishing clear
• Reconcile revenue, deferred revenue, and customer cash collection balances, identifying and
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Billing, Engineering, and Product teams to review
• Support annual external audit activities by preparing reconciliations and documentation for auditors

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on revenue accounting, ASC 606
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience managing monthly revenue close workflows
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and billing platforms (i.e. NetSuite and Stripey)
