Manager, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Work daily with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Admin and optimize the sales tech stack and CRM.
• Own pricing sheets for customer deals; keep pricing accurate.
• Enter final deal pricing in Synctera’s systems for billing.
• Maintain approval history for pricing decisions.
• Support revenue initiatives through pricing ops and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or deal/pricing operations.
• Experience managing CRM and sales systems with data accuracy and usability.
• Strong comfort with numbers and pricing/deal workflows.
• Experience owning pricing sheets, quotes, or order forms.
• Strong analytical skills to pull, organize, and interpret sales data.
• Excellent organizational and project management; manage multiple priorities.
