📋 Description

• Drive Strategic Revenue Operations for UK, Ireland & Eastern Europe.
• Build backbone for regional teams: perf tracking and AI tooling.
• Partner with leadership as local strategist; provide weekly performance and forecasts.
• Run country QBRs and drive local improvements.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, Compliance & Legal.
• Leverage AI to streamline workflows and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy consulting and/or high-growth startups.
• Focus on commercial strategy and ops.
• Strong analytical skills: data modelling and data reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fintech, financial services, or technology experience; scaling GTM a plus.
• Polish language ability is an advantage (not required).
