📋 Description

• Enter content details from contracts (titles, territories, languages, windows, media, restrictions)
• Perform quality checks and reconciliation to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and clarity
• Prepare operational reporting on work volume, completeness, accuracy, and data variances with
• Support special projects including systems improvement UAT and data reconciliation initiatives
• Manage a team of analysts ensuring SLAs are met

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading teams in rights/contract management in media & entertainment
• Proven leadership skills in keeping teams accountable and goal execution with an eye on process
• Attention to detail; well versed in understanding contract language and translating terms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functionally
• Experience with Rightsline and understanding data flows both upstream and downstream
