📋 Description

• Manages and monitors the Dispute Defense team to uphold client service.
• Works with clients to dispute chargebacks.
• Ensures chargeback responses are submitted within industry timeframes.
• Manages team workload and reports on win percentages.
• Monitors chargeback ratios and develops reduction plans.
• Collaborates with processing partners on vision and process alignment.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Can-do attitude to go above and beyond daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing a high-functioning team.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.
