📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end commission process for quota-bearing reps, ensuring accurate payouts.
  • Manage a small team with coaching, workload prioritization, and performance guidance.
  • Act as primary escalation point for disputes, complex calculations, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Payroll, and HR on compensation plans and data.
  • Own the ICM system, including configuration, logic, hierarchies, rate tables.
  • Design and maintain commission models to support evolving plans, new sales roles, SPIFFs, and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales commissions, revenue ops, or compensation accounting plus leadership.
  • Hands-on experience administering ICM tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and bookings systems.
  • Experience supporting SOX-controlled commissions in public companies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reconciliation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, Payroll, HR, and Audit.
