📋 Description

• Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent
• Provide coaching and mentoring on sales, our model, and methodology
• Be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings
• Provide weekly team performance forecasts to senior management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable lead management processes
• Develop and own KPIs, track results, and drive team execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years prospecting and closing as an individual contributor
• 2+ years leadership with hiring, developing, and promoting
• Experience with complex enterprise software in a similar company
• Open source software sales experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills; credible with all levels
• Top performer with a track record of overachievement
