📋 Description

• Lead and develop an agile SDR team.
• Liaise with marketing, sales leaders, and internal teams.
• Create training and enablement sessions.
• Coach, mentor, and ensure KPI attainment.
• Maintain industry/product knowledge and identify improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years relevant experience.
