• Onboard and coach SDRs for inbound/outbound lead gen
• Build and maintain playbooks with templates and scripts
• Motivate and aid the SDR team to hit goals
• Partner with Sales Dev Manager and HR on SDR recruiting
• Coordinate with Enablement on certifications and training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 0-2 years IT/SaaS exp
• Strong phone and email communication
• Comfortable with heavy phone work
• Organized and goal oriented
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn
• High-energy can-do attitude
