Manager, Sales Enablement - Learning Design

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers, embedding Samsara culture.
• Define end-to-end learning programs aligned to measurable outcomes.
• Partner with sales leadership and SMEs to build curricula and content.
• Establish standards for instructional design and learning tech.
• Manage intake and delivery of learning requests across projects.
• Measure impact and iterate designs based on data.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or sales enablement.
• 3+ years leading an L&D or instructional design team, ideally for sales enablement.
• Proven experience building scalable learning programs for a sales or customer-facing org.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and developing individual contributors.
• Direct experience with Articulate, Absorb LMS, Showpad CMS, Jira, Claude, and KMS; AI-assisted tools a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication for multi-stakeholder initiatives.
