Partner with Sales to manage business with data and pipeline accuracy
Track sales pipeline to identify opportunities and threats; provide forecasting insights
Provide weekly/monthly reporting on pipeline trends and KPIs; support ad hoc analyses
Develop Gap to Goal analyses with insights to Sales Leaders and executives
Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy
Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
8+ years in Finance, Sales Operations, Sales or related function
3-5 years leading teams at supervisor/manager level
CRM proficiency, preferably SFDC or MS Dynamics
Snowflake proficiency
BI tools familiarity, ideally Tableau or MS Power BI
