๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Partner with Sales to manage business with data and pipeline accuracy
  • Track sales pipeline to identify opportunities and threats; provide forecasting insights
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on pipeline trends and KPIs; support ad hoc analyses
  • Develop Gap to Goal analyses with insights to Sales Leaders and executives
  • Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive initiatives

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years in Finance, Sales Operations, Sales or related function
  • 3-5 years leading teams at supervisor/manager level
  • CRM proficiency, preferably SFDC or MS Dynamics
  • Snowflake proficiency
  • BI tools familiarity, ideally Tableau or MS Power BI
