Manager, Salesforce Administration

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Salesforce team, establishing clear priorities, standards, and development
• Serve as a senior escalation point for platform incidents and complex delivery decisions
• Manage team capacity, work allocation, and relationships with technology partners
• Own the health, performance, security, and evolution of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience
• Establish and enforce Salesforce standards across configuration, automation, data models, and
• Remain hands-on with complex Flow automation, permissions, and platform troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in large, multi-team or complex production
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred
• Proven people-management and leadership experience
• Deep practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong Salesforce security expertise
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud
