Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Platform

📋 Description

• Lead delivery, operation, governance & improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Manage a 4-6 person team across Manila and the UK; deliver modules, integrations & BAU support.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, risks, budgets, reporting.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployments, permissions & data quality.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Shape HR tech roadmap to improve experience, efficiency & compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience: admin, config, governance & releases.
• Proven end-to-end HR technology project delivery experience.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience; backlog, ceremonies & value focus.
• Experience influencing senior HR stakeholders; strong judgment & collaboration.
• Knowledge of HR processes, privacy, security, audit controls & service mgmt.
• Degree in IT/Business/HR or equivalent; SAP SuccessFactors/ITIL/Agile certs advantageous.
