📋 Description

  • Lead, mentor, and coach 8-10 SDRs to quotas; align prospecting with objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance; provide reports; drive continuous improvement.
  • Hold a personal monthly quota; drive SDRs to meet or exceed.
  • Partner with Marketing and Demand Gen to develop prospecting strategies; upsell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of quota-achieving sales or business development in tech/software; SDR/Team Lead background.
  • Demonstrated leadership with coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes; SaaS or government sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
