Manager, SEC Reporting

📋 Description

• Own major portions of the end-to-end 10-Q / 10-K / 8-K production cycle, including calendar
• Lead complex disclosure areas, translating accounting, business, and operational changes into clear
• Partner cross-functionally with Controllership, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations
• Drive structural improvements to SEC reporting, including Workiva, source-data flows, supporting
• Support audit requests, quarterly board / audit committee materials, and other ad hoc analyses tied
• Coach and elevate junior team members through review, process discipline, and operating best

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience in SEC reporting, external reporting, or public-company financial
• CPA or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC disclosure requirements, SOX controls, and public-company
• Demonstrated experience owning complex disclosures, coordinating auditors, and managing
• Experience with Workiva (Wdesk), NetSuite, and spreadsheet-based analytical review in a controlled
• Strong written judgment, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to improve
