📋 Description

• Own security monitoring, detection, and incident handling end-to-end.
• Lead response across teams and coordinate with external SOC partner.
• Run vulnerability management across product and environment.
• Own cloud-native security posture across multi-cloud and Kubernetes.
• Oversee endpoint, infrastructure, and IT security operations.
• Drive security work through teams you don't own in agile delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical security with ops and incident response.
• Hands-on security stack breadth; CISSP-level knowledge; IR focus.
• Cloud security across providers; Kubernetes; SaaS/hybrid deployments.
• Drive security outcomes through influence across teams.
• Strong people leadership; setting expectations and mentoring.
• Fluent English; Czech or Slovak is an advantage.
