• Lead 24/7 security operations for KPN and external clients
• Drive AI transformation and implement AI solutions in Security Operations
• Ensure continuity, quality, and performance of monitoring and incident response
• Develop SOC as reliable security service provider
• Strengthen LSS as central service desk for security services
• Guide and develop teams focusing on collaboration and growth

🎯 Requirements

• HBO or university working and thinking level
• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written)
• Experience leading teams in 24/7 or critical operations
• Knowledge of modern Security Operations and SOC development
• Experience with organizational change and improvement initiatives
• Vision on AI-driven Security Operations and affinity with AI and automation
