📋 Description

• Design and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and boost productivity.
• Manage local/global shift coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Hold weekly 1:1 meetings to discuss initiatives and career growth.
• Develop training programs across DFIR, Malware, and related areas.
• Collaborate with Product to add capabilities for analysts.
• Ensure quality assurance for your region's operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a global 24x7 security operations center.
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a SOC/IR role.
• Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams in SOC/DFIR/Malware/TH/DET Eng.
• Strong communicator of highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven with experience in data science concepts.
• Ability to map workflows and create detailed SOPs.
