Manager, Security Technology

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a cross-EMEA security team
• Own the EMEA physical security tech roadmap and budget
• Drive portfolio-level delivery across access control, video, intrusion
• Interface with regional leaders and partners on security needs
• Manage vendor strategy, contracts, SLAs, and performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA (BS EN 50133, ISO 27001, GDPR)

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in people management across geographies
• Strong knowledge of physical security tech portfolios
• Deep technical expertise in physical security systems (Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion, Door Hardware)
• Proven budget ownership and program management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to non-technical audiences
