📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Portfolio Consultants to maximize performance and development.
• Strategically allocate resources and manage capacity to meet KPIs and business priorities.
• Foster continuous improvement to enhance processes, workflows, and efficiency.
• Apply project management methodologies across the team.
• Ensure concierge-level service to Wealth Advisor teams and clients.
• Communicate investment philosophies, portfolio strategies, and solutions to internal and external

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP, CFA, or advanced degree a plus.
• Active Series 65 license required.
• Approximately 4–10 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in investment
• Experience coaching and developing direct reports, building high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, portfolio design, and investment management across public and
