📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 10+ consultants and project managers in NA.
• Drive services sales cycles: scoping, proposals, and customer engagement.
• Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering high-complexity projects as a Program Manager or Program Director.
• Proven leadership of BI/analytics project teams.
• Track record leading complex transformational customer programs.
• Experience leading professional services teams in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building relationships with sales and involvement in deals.
• Excellent communication skills.
