Own end-to-end Title & Settlement workflows from Pre-Closing to Post-Closing.
Set and manage service standards, SLAs, turn times, productivity, and quality metrics.
Ensure operations comply with ALTA Best Practices, state regs, underwriter guidelines, and client SLAs.
Drive scalability to support volume growth and onboarding of new clients.
Act as the final escalation point for complex operational, client, underwriter, or regulatory issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or related field (preferred)
8–12 years in Title, Escrow, or Settlement Services operations
Experience leading scaled operations and cross-functional initiatives
Experience with title/settlement systems (e.g., ResWare, Qualia, or proprietary)
Deep knowledge: Title search, escrow, funding, recording, post-closing
Strong leadership, stakeholder mgmt, and data-driven problem-solving
