Manager, Shared Services — Cloud Engineering - FedRAMP

📋 Description

• Manage a team of engineers; 1:1s, reviews, hiring, and career development.
• Own the technical roadmap for shared cloud infra across Azure and AWS.
• Set and enforce standards for IaC (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes) and docs.
• Decide on app-layer infra (Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis) and escalate.
• Run sprint planning and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Work with Security and Compliance to keep FedRAMP and SOC 2 current.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Cloud Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years leading engineers directly.
• Hands-on with Azure and/or AWS; Kubernetes, microservices.
• Experience with SaaS production systems with HA requirements.
• FedRAMP exposure or adjacent compliance experience.
• Strong communication and Agile/Azure DevOps experience.
