🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or tech project mgmt in SaaS/healthcare.
  • 2+ years direct people management with performance metrics and SLAs.
  • Data-driven with dashboards and ability to isolate bottlenecks and predict reversals.
  • Change management: refine processes, enforce compliance, and drive accountability.
  • Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Jira.
  • Communication: strong leadership and empathetic coaching.
