Manager, SMB Sales

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a remote team of Account Executives in full-cycle selling
• Drive revenue growth via KPIs, metrics, and quotas
• Hire, train, and promote top talent; build a culture of improvement
• Coach via live calls, 1:1s, and data-backed feedback
• Create scalable processes to optimize pipeline management and forecasting
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to strengthen GTM
• Use data-driven insights to track performance and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of sales management leading quota-carrying AEs
• Track record of exceeding team revenue goals in high-velocity sales
• Proven success hiring, ramping, and developing AEs to productivity
• Experience managing remote teams with metrics and accountability
• Strong business acumen; ability to build scalable systems and processes
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels
• Data-driven coaching and performance management
• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS sales management
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
• Background leading SMBs across multiple verticals
