Implement quality control, inspection, and documentation; drive DFM.
Enforce safety protocols and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5–7 years in manufacturing.
3+ years in soft-goods manufacturing.
1–2+ years leading or managing technical teams.
Aerospace/high-reliability manufacturing experience.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
