📋 Description

• Lead technicians in janitorial, maintenance, painting, drywall, and upkeep.
• Oversee third-party vendors to meet SpaceX standards and contract terms.
• Manage building envelope: roofs, walls, windows, doors, and floors.
• Oversee elevators and vertical transport (vendor/OEM driven).
• Own fire protection systems: certifications, inspections, and vendor work.
• Drive KPI metrics and ensure accountability across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities management or soft services.
• Experience leading direct teams and multiple vendors.
• Knowledge of building envelope, elevators, fire protection.
• Bachelor's in engineering, FM, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
