Lead a team of software core component verification and validation engineers and set strategy
Define and execute the verification and validation vision
Collaborate with firmware, software, release management and vehicle teams
Develop testing methodologies for bootloaders, drivers, networking stacks, OSes
Focus on safety-assurance and reliability of testing

🎯 Requirements

B.S. or higher in Automotive, Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, CS or Systems Eng
8+ years with 2+ years leading direct reports
Experience leading testing and release management of high-assurance software
Experience with software-defined vehicle architecture
Experience managing project, task, and performance of a test team
Experience with software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing
