Manager, Software Development Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor three Agile software engineering teams.
• Own the technical roadmap and delivery for Inventory, Discovery, and Identity Graph.
• Guide cloud-native microservices built with .NET 9, Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch.
• Design scalable distributed systems and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, and Engineering leadership on strategy.
• Promote AI coding assistants, design tools, and automated testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Agile software engineering teams.
• 5+ years hands-on software development experience, preferably with .NET/C# or similar backend technologies.
• Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building and operating scalable applications on Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
