🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead/management role.
• Drive architectural decisions and maintain quality in fast-paced delivery.
• Experience growing engineers across levels.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders clearly.
• Familiar with AI/ML solutions and modern MLOps.
