🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in software engineering; 2–3 years leading teams as EM.
• Guided legacy apps to modern cloud/microservices with security focus.
• Drive process improvements and organizational change in engineering.
• Excellent communication; build relationships and deliver on time.
• AI-forward mindset; using AI tools to improve delivery.
