Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high performing team that designs and develops platform firmware or embedded
• Manage a team, demonstrate empathy, and provide clear career growth for Engineers
• Collaborate with global teams during Product Development Life-Cycle to drive new feature/product
• Instill a culture of continuous process improvement and metrics
• Set a high technical bar by leading architecture, design and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience Leading Teams with Empathy, Objectivity, and a Mentorship mindset
• Minimum 7 years experience in Real-world Firmware / Embedded Engineering or related projects that
• Experience implementing Engineering Processes emphasizing Quality, Security, Maintainability
• 5+ years professional software development in C/C++, Go, Python and/or other systems programming
• 5+ years experience writing unit, integration and/or system level tests
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) is a plus
