Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead one or more product development teams through all phases of the software development
• Manage development work and priorities in Jira and coordinate requirements, timelines, and
• Drive resource and schedule alignment across development teams to identify capacity needs, address
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, and
• Contribute to development roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and tracking mechanisms to monitor
• Champion AI adoption and AI-driven development practices that improve engineering productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software development team, preferably within a SaaS
• Experience working with Java and/or .NET platforms and modern CI/CD development practices.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, resource planning, capacity
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines and drive
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and
• Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
